Curtiss-Wright Corporation is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer - Defense - Remote to lead large technical teams and represent CW as a technical authority for DoD programs. You will transform requirements into low-risk solutions, produce detailed documentation, and guide cross functional groups.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in defense systems, expertise with DOORS/Cameo, Linux/VxWorks, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years with US DoD Primes or direct support roles.
• Experience in system hardware/software development, integration & test for deployed military vehicle applications.
• Exceptional problem solving and technical leadership."

Responsibilities

• Lead large technical teams to meet complex customer requirements.
• Represent company as technical expert to customers, suppliers, and CW management.
• Synthesize requirements into low-risk solutions and produce technical docs.
• Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams and report status to varied audiences.
• Recommend training to enhance team development and performance.
