Job summary

Matlen Silver seeks a Principal Data Center Infrastructure Management Delivery Engineer (DCIM-DE) to serve as a design authority and standards leader for DCIM platforms.   • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of control systems experience in mission-critical environments/data centers.
  • Expert knowledge of EPMS, BMS, and SCADA platforms.
  • Experience with Rockwell, Schneider Electric, and Siemens PLCs.
  • Proficiency with BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, TCP/IP, SNMP, and ISO 16484.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing partner deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of sequences of operations, instrumentation documentation, and alarm hierarchy design.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and work across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Support SOWs, RFPs, vendor onboarding, and project execution.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, IT, and construction teams.
  • Mentor engineers and partners while driving consistency and quality across projects.

  • Familiarity with digital twin platforms and high-fidelity simulation.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, ServiceNow, and Active Directory.
  • Strong engineering documentation and control logic skills.
