Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on data engineering with enterprise-scale platforms and real-time pipelines.
• Mastery of distributed computing, data lakehouse architectures, and cloud data warehouses with orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster).
• Experience engineering data systems for LLMs, agentic workflows, feature stores, or vector retrieval pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale foundational data platforms, lakehouses, and high-throughput pipelines for AgentExchange analytics.
• Design production-grade data pipelines, feature stores, and event-driven architectures for autonomous AI agents.
• Establish end-to-end data governance, quality, lineage, and reliability for mission-critical data assets.
• Collaborate with decision scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate needs into systems.
• Co-own the long-term data technology roadmap for AgentExchange.
