Kalos Consulting, Inc. seeks a Principal Consulting Actuary, Property & Casualty, to lead complex client engagements, drive growth, and shape AI-enabled actuarial solutions across insurance portfolios.

The role blends actuarial expertise with strategic leadership, client relationship management, and business development; you will mentor teams, manage large portfolios, and modernize delivery using analytics, automation, and AI.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of actuarial consulting or insurance experience in P&C.
• ACAS or FCAS credential.
• Strong business development and client relationship experience.
• Experience with AI, analytics, Python/R/SQL or similar tools.

The Role You will Play

• The Principal Consulting Actuary Property & Casualty is a high-performing consultant that will lead complex client engagements, drive business growth, and help shape the future of actuarial consulting through innovation and AI-enabled solutions.
• This role combines deep actuarial expertise with strategic leadership, client relationship management, and business development responsibility.
• The Principal is entrusted to oversee large client portfolios, develop trusted executive relationships, mentor teams, and identify opportunities to expand the practice’s impact across the insurance ecosystem.
• In addition to delivering traditional actuarial services such as reserving, pricing, and capital modeling, this leader will help modernize delivery approaches by leveraging analytics, automation, and emerging AI technologies to create more scalable, data-driven client solutions.
