Kalos Consulting seeks a Principal Consulting Actuary - Property & Casualty for a hybrid US-based role with satellite offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, Houston, or Philadelphia. You will lead complex client engagements, drive growth, and shape the actuarial practice through AI-enabled innovation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years actuarial consulting or insurance experience in Property & Casualty
• Proven business development experience, including generating new opportunities and expanding client relationships
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leveraging AI technologies, automation tools, or advanced analytics within actuarial or consulting environments; knowledge of Python, R, SQL or similar tools
• Demonstrated success in communicating effectively with diverse audiences and influencing decisions
