Role: Principal Consultant - Application Dynamics - Dynatrace

Overview

Full-time role located in Austin, TX with Dynatrace specialization.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end Major/critical Incidents and drive its resolution over call/bridge along with SME, Vendors and customer to quickly restore the service.
• Participate in incidents management meetings, handle crisp customer communication over email/call, and update status to customer leadership team.
• Connect and manage the client relationship and coordinate with stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience in IT Security

Preferred

• At least 9 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture
• Should have knowledge on various Application dynamics product.
• At least 7 years of experience working with Dynatrace, Nagios, Splunk tools.
• Should be excellent communication skills, presentation skills, stakeholder management skills.
• Ownership of end-to-end incident resolution and ability to drive issues to resolution with SME, Vendors and customer.
• Ability to participate in incident management meetings and provide clear updates to customer leadership teams.
• Financial domain knowledge.
• Exceptional communication capabilities, giving presentations, and speaking publicly. Must be approachable, a team player, and eager to learn in a dynamic technology-focused environment. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with project management.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
• Ability to connect and manage clients.
