Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of compensation consulting experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects.
• Deep knowledge of compensation strategy, pay structures, and market competitiveness.
• Experience with incentive compensation plan design.
• Knowledge of compensation-related technology and market analysis methodologies.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance.
• Experience advising senior executives and managing client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex compensation consulting projects from initial assessment through delivery.
• Structure, direct, review analyses completed by consulting project teams.
• Develop compensation strategies, philosophies, and programs for attraction and retention.
• Advise senior executives and HR leaders on strategy, pay structures, and competitiveness.
• Lead job architecture design and technology-enabled implementation of solutions.
• Design and evaluate incentive compensation programs.
• Apply market analysis methodologies and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted compensation advisor.
• Provide guidance and oversight to junior consultants.
• Support business development through new client relationships and cross-selling.
