What You Will Do

• Understand the needs of the engineering organization and translate them into software requirements to drive design, development, and testing of high-quality software.
• Collaborate and communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders.
• Architect and implement scalable application infrastructure in a Cloud environment.
• Develop applications, components, and user interfaces that deliver excellent user experiences.
• Manage full stack applications throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Apply software best practices to produce maintainable, high-quality code.
• Mentor and guide junior developers.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science with 8+ years’ experience OR an Advanced degree with 5+ years’ experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development.
• 1+ year experience in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, or NoSQL.
• U.S. citizenship required to access program information.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Cloud experience or certification, especially in AWS.
• Experience with JS frameworks such as React and Vue.
• Database experience with SQL, NoSQL, or ORMs like SQLAlchemy.
• Experience architecting serverless or event-based applications.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
• Strong business judgment and professional maturity.
