Qualifications

• Extensive experience in cloud infrastructure and storage leadership roles.
• Experience deploying storage solutions in cloud, hyperscale, or data center environments.
• Strong understanding of HDD technologies and their interaction with system software and cloud infra.
• Experience working with cloud providers, hyperscalers, or storage architects.
• Ability to influence technical and business decisions through customer engagement and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Mainstream Cloud Roadmap Leadership: represent customer needs within Seagate's roadmap process.
• Technology Adoption and Enablement: understand deployment requirements and adoption barriers for HDD technologies.
• Customer and Infrastructure Engagement: engage with cloud architects and storage teams to learn workload needs.
• QTR and Roadmap Positioning: craft narratives linking investments to customer outcomes.
• Portfolio and Segment Alignment: align with China segment on roadmap content.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with multiple teams to support roadmap execution.
• Customer Capability Planning: define actions aligning Seagate responses to needs.
• Technical Roadmap Influence: assess requirements and influence priorities.
