Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Principal Technologist to join the GGDO team to drive government cloud initiatives in the US federal space. You will work with customers, partners, and AWS service teams to manage technical and business integration challenges for DoD IC and other government programs leveraging AWS.

The ideal candidate has deep cloud experience, a proven track record in partner development, and IC program management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of technical product or program management experience.
Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

Liaise with AWS service teams to ensure that AWS meets technical commitments to customers in named programs.
Interface with Capture, Sales, and Solutions Architecture teams to provide technical depth to partnership discussions and capture/pursuit decisions.
Coordinate a matrixed team drawn from the Federal business verticals in support of specific programs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop the long-term strategy for AWS to deliver in the Federal program space, including global infrastructure, feature and service deployment, and go-to-market approach.
