Qualifications

• 25+ years of progressive experience in civil/transportation engineering.
• Experience leading complex urban infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in multidisciplinary coordination and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolios as Project Executive/Technical Lead with scope, schedule, budget, and quality accountability.
• Collaborate with NY/CT/NJ leadership to advance planning and engineering efforts.
• Serve as Principal in Charge or Engineer of Record on multidiscipline civil projects (streetscapes, roadways, transit/rail, waterfronts).
• Direct standards, calculations, and sealed deliverables; lead design reviews of components.
• Drive financial performance through project controls and risk management.
• Lead client and agency coordination, securing approvals and guiding permitting strategies.
• Grow relationships with NYCDOT, NYCDEP, NYCDDC, NYCEDC, NYCDOB and regional partners.
• Lead account planning and capture for high-value pursuits with clear win strategies.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team.
