We focus on building the world’s most customer-centric B2B marketplace, enabling business customers to discover, research, and purchase products from a vast, competitive marketplace across multiple devices and regions, with customer-centric features and integrations.

We are seeking a high-caliber, results-focused business development executive with stakeholder management talent. This role involves developing broad and strong relationships with external organizations and Amazon teams to find growth opportunities. External partners may include eProcurement system providers, invoicing specialists, procurement consultancies, trade associations, and travel & expense management partners. The individual will nurture and expand partnerships, establish new lead generation and customer acquisition opportunities, demonstrate results, and shape Amazon Business’s global partnership strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of skilled professionals across regions.
  • Monitor customer voice and technological solutions to drive partner integrations, GTM campaigns, and partner success.
  • Identify opportunities with partners, define business cases, and drive team execution, focusing on GTM campaigns.
  • Develop relationships with senior executives at partner organizations, uncover new opportunities, and coach team members.
  • Lead contractual negotiations and onboarding of new partners.
  • Share learnings and align on Amazon’s best practices across regions (US, EU, Japan, Canada).
  • Establish new alliances to grow the business internationally.
  • Track results and communicate feedback to colleagues and leaders.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product managers, and internal stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
  • 8+ years in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
  • 8+ years in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
  • 10+ years in IT sales.
  • Experience managing P&L.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience engaging and presenting to senior executives (CXO level).
  • Experience working with emerging technologies.
