- Coordinating and conducting design schemes, assessments, and inspections.
- Delivering high-quality services with support from specialist colleagues.
- Ensuring all projects adhere to health and safety standards and relevant legislation.
- Providing innovative solutions to improve project delivery.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress.
- Mentoring and guiding team members and colleagues.
Job Requirements:
- Passion for working on projects that positively impact local communities.
- Mature approach to health and safety, with a thorough understanding of relevant legislation.
- Experience in leading highway structures projects, assessments, and/or inspections.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to challenge and improve existing methodologies.
- Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer status.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
