2. Coordinating and conducting design schemes, assessments, and inspections.
3. Delivering high-quality services with support from specialist colleagues.
4. Ensuring all projects adhere to health and safety standards and relevant legislation.
5. Providing innovative solutions to improve project delivery.
6. Communicating effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress.
7. Mentoring and guiding team members and colleagues.

Job Requirements:
