Ramp is seeking a Principal Brand Designer to define our brand design system and shape Ramp's visual future. You’ll translate strategy into tangible design, lead our flagship brand projects, and elevate the team’s output.

This leadership individual-contributor role requires deep product, marketing, and growth understanding, and the ability to speak the language of each XFN partner. You’ll partner with product, marketing, and engineering to ensure a coherent experience across all touchpoints,

Qualifications

• Proven ability to turn strategy into brand design systems.
• Experience leading brand-focused projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong taste in typography, imagery, and layout.

Responsibilities

• Set creative direction aligned with business goals and audience insights.
• Lead campaigns, launches, and brand experiences from concept to finish.
• Ensure high-quality, cohesive brand design across channels.
• Develop and evolve the brand system for coherence and growth.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to ensure brand consistency.
• Mentor and uplift team practices and collaboration.
• Tell stories to align partners on direction, scope, and timing.
