Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT.
• 10–12 years of professional full-stack development with a backend focus.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Go and API design.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs powering our document analysis platform.
• Write maintainable, high-performance server-side code and data processing pipelines.
• Define clear API contracts and contribute to service architecture decisions.
• Design compositional API primitives to expedite productionization of document insights.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party services and internal ML systems.
• Contribute to frontend features when needed to deliver end-to-end.
• Improve CI/CD and day-to-day production operations; own engineering excellence.
• Take ownership of developer experience and long-term maintainability.
