Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience designing, deploying, and operating large-scale networks.
• Experience building Backbone and Edge networks at scale (multi-site).
• Proficient with routing protocols (BGP/IS-IS/MPLS) and IP (IPv4/IPv6).
• Experience across multi-vendor environments and with network automation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Principle Engineer for Roblox's Backbone Network.
• Drive design, deployment, and operations for large-scale network infrastructure.
• Evaluate and validate new technologies for scalable deployment.
• Collaborate with the Network Tooling Team to automate workflows and telemetry.
• Contribute to on-call rotation to support global network 24x7.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.
