Job summary

Arctiq is seeking a Principal Architect, Autonomous Operations & Intelligence to drive pre-sales conversations and shape solutions across our security, modern infrastructure and platform engineering practices.

You will lead discovery, articulate complex concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders, design industry-leading platform solutions, and coordinate with vendors, engineering, and sales teams to deliver compelling outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience in pre-sales technical roles, solution architecture, or consulting within technology services.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects and evolving approaches based on lessons learned and best practices.
• Certifications in cloud platforms, cloud-native technologies, observability, security, DevOps, and/or FinOps practices.
• Ability to apply product thinking to technical solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and translate business challenges into technical requirements.
• Develop industry-leading platform solutions and assemble a portfolio of products and services.
• Support sales conversations with product, architecture, and integration questions.
• Collaborate with vendors and account teams to validate products and build BOMs.
• Create Statements of Work (SOWs) and scope services for implementation.
• Estimate effort and align with engineering for delivery.
• Coordinate with managed services to ensure outcome alignment.
