Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive software engineering, product engineering, or technology leadership experience.
• Senior executive ownership of technical direction and product outcomes (CTO/CPO level).
• Experience taking enterprise software from concept to production with customer adoption.
• Strong depth in modern software architecture, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, APIs, data platforms.
• Understanding of modern AI systems, including LLMs, agent architectures, retrieval and context systems.
• Ability to balance speed, scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Experience building and leading exceptional engineering teams and recruiting senior talent.
• Strong product instincts translating ambiguous customer problems into coherent products.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and balancing requirements with strategy.
• Ability to operate in an early-stage environment with hands-on problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proven track record of shipping.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for the ARIA product family.
• Understand users (analysts, operators, engineers, decision-makers) and translate problems into scalable capabilities.
• Decide core platform vs apps vs partners; enable through integrations; avoid feature bloat.
• Establish product discovery and development processes for fast, focused delivery.
• Engage with customers to validate direction and identify repeatable platform primitives.
• Define product success metrics and refine priorities with feedback.
• Lead architecture and long-term technology strategy for ARIA.
• Oversee agent orchestration, data infra, security, observability, and auditability.
• Maintain reliability, security, performance, and developer experience.
• Represent the technical vision externally to customers, partners, and the market.
