Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Principle Architect in St. Louis to lead AI-native software engineering initiatives. The role focuses on architecting scalable platforms, guiding MCP-enabled integrations, and shaping enterprise product development with a strong governance mindset.

You will collaborate across teams to design modern architectures, leverage cloud-native patterns, and drive rapid prototyping with AI tooling and agent-based workflows.

Qualifications

Principle Architect - Software/ AI Native Engineer

A Bachelor’s or Higher Degree is the minimum entry required for the position

Role - Principle Architect - Software/ AI Native Engineer

Location - St. Louis MO (Onsite)

Preferred Qualification

• Experience building AI-native engineering organizations.
• Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) architectures and agent ecosystems.
• Experience with AI Foundry, Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience implementing enterprise developer platforms and internal engineering products.
• Strong understanding of AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.

Technical Skills

• Deep understanding of: Software Engineering, Cloud Native Architecture, API Management, Microservices, DevOps & Platform Engineering
• Experience with: GitHub Copilot, Claude Code CLI, AI-assisted development platforms, LLM integrations, Agentic systems, AI orchestration frameworks
• Strong knowledge of AWS enterprise cloud platform
• To focus on leveraging technologies such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code CLI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI Agents, Developer Platforms, and Enterprise API Integration frameworks to fundamentally redefine how software is designed, built, tested, deployed, and operated.
• This role aligns with emerging AI-native development models that emphasize agentic workflows, AI-assisted coding, MCP-enabled integrations, and rapid prototyping

The pay range for this role is$140k - $170Kper annum including any bonuses or variable pay. The exact offer terms will depend on the skill level, educational qualifications, experience, and location of the candidate.
