enGen seeks a seasoned Enterprise Architect to shape and drive complex architecture strategies across domains. You will develop, implement and optimize innovative solutions aligned with business capabilities, ensuring an integrated approach.

This role serves as a thought leader and strategic advisor, shaping and driving the evolution of complex architecture strategies across multiple domains. This incumbent champions the adoption of best practices and emerging technologies, driving innovation and continuous improvement across the organization. This role provides expert guidance and mentorship to a team of architects, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing, while collaborating with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and ensure alignment on complex architectural solutions.
Required 10 years of experience in Architecture, design, and implementation of complex systems and solutions.

Pay Range Minimum: $142,000.00 Pay Range Maximum: $236,000.00 Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.
