Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a fully remote Principal Architect to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Principal Architect will develop and implement a comprehensive digital architecture strategy that aligns with the organization's business goals
• Identify emerging digital trends and technologies, evaluating their applicability to the organization's objectives
• Drive digital innovation, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of technology advancements
• Lead architecture/design of a state-of-the-art multi-brand digital platform that is scalable, resilient, and adaptable to changing business needs
• Ensure that digital architecture supports omnichannel/unified commerce strategies, providing a seamless and cohesive user experience across various digital touchpoints
• As a Principal Architect, you will establish best practices and standards for digital architecture and design
• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external partners to ensure the digital strategy is integrated into all facets of the organization
• Mentor and guide architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Oversee the execution of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered as designed; Help mitigate architecture/design issues as they come up
• Proactively mitigate potential obstacles in the digital product journey
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices in all digital initiatives
• Continuously assess and refine the digital architecture to drive performance improvements and operational efficiencies
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of the digital product architecture/design
  
  

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; An advanced degree is preferred
• Proven experience in a senior digital architect role, with a demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale consumer-facing digital/omnichannel products
• Expert knowledge of digital technologies, architectural patterns, and design thinking methodologies
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and influence at all levels of the organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
