Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development and optimization of adhesive application processes across equipment types.
• Provide technical guidance to AE team and hands-on support for customer projects.
• Serve as equipment and process development expert for the Santa Clara Application Engineering team.
• Operate, troubleshoot, optimize, and evaluate dispensing, jetting, printing, coating, and related technologies.
• Lead process development, optimization, and scale-up for new and existing adhesive technologies.
• Design and develop fixtures, jigs, tooling, and experimental setups.
• Use CAD to develop fixture designs and coordinate fabrication.
• Develop experimental methods and test setups to improve process capability and efficiency.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for AE engineers and customers.
• Evaluate new equipment and technologies to meet application requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and customers on practical solutions.
• Mentor AE team members in equipment operation and process development.
• Support global customer projects and travel internationally up to ~20%.
• Role is fully onsite, five days per week in the Santa Clara office.
