Job summary
Prattwhitney is seeking a Principal Antenna Design Engineer to join our McKinney, TX team. You will provide technical leadership in the design and development of advanced Low Observable antennas and phased arrays, playing a key role in programs of national importance.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in RF engineering, with at least 8 years of experience, and is skilled in leading technical teams through complex design challenges. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field is required.
Comprehensive benefits and competitive salary range of $107,500 - $204,500 are offered based on experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant RF engineering experience.
- Strong technical leadership experience on project teams.
- Experience with EM modeling tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in antenna design.
- Lead design teams and manage integration of requirements.
- Collaborate with systems engineering for RF, RCS requirements.
