Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Principal Analytics Consultant to lead enterprise analytics delivery, focusing on Power BI, AI-enabled analytics, and the Data Agent platform. You will define standards, governance, and scalable operating models while partnering with business, analytics, product, and technology teams.

The role requires advanced analytics expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive self-service analytics across the enterprise. Location is flexible within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in healthcare services, statistics, or related field; or Master’s/PhD with related experience.
• Proficient querying of diverse data sources to generate insights.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL, Python, R; BI dashboard experience in Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead multiple analytics projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise SME for Power BI, analytics development, and Data Agent capabilities.
• Define and improve end-to-end dashboard development lifecycle and governance.
• Embed Generative AI, automation, and reusable assets to raise productivity.
• Own MEE Data Agent platform adoption, governance, and enterprise scaling.
