The Principal Analyst, HRIS serves as a subject matter expert for HR systems, providing high-level project leadership and consultative guidance across the organization. The role primarily supports recruiting and talent management, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and process optimization through system enhancements and collaboration with various departments.

Essential Job Functions

• Support for Recruiting and Talent Management systems
• Maintain confidentiality of HR data
• Gather HRIS data using BI tools or SQL queries
• Develop audits for data accuracy and compliance
• Optimize system workflows and capabilities
• Document project activities and support initiatives
• Analyze data flow for quality improvement
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance for data processes
• Investigate issues and recommend long-term solutions
• Serve as escalation point for complex HRIS issues
• Gather requirements for system defects and enhancements
• Advise on HR initiatives like talent acquisition, performance management, and benefits enrollment
• Guide on new features and system upgrades
• Communicate effectively with management levels
• Manage ad hoc HRIS projects and develop HRIS skills within the team

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years HRIS experience, specifically with Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Recruiting Cloud
• Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms and related systems
• Leadership experience in complex projects and teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
