Job summary

Neurophos, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Principal Analog Design Engineer to own the full lifecycle of high-speed analog blocks interfacing with custom silicon photonics for a photonic AI platform.

The role demands deep transistor-level knowledge, linearity and noise performance at GHz speeds, and a track record from concept to mass production. On-site, multicontinent collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of full-custom analog IC design experience.
• 5+ years in GHz-speed RF or broadband analog design.
• Cadence Virtuoso expertise (schematic, simulation, layout).
• Strong understanding of device physics, noise, and high-frequency theory.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, verify high-speed analog circuits for photonics interface.
• Define block architecture and specifications for analog CMOS blocks.
• Perform full-custom schematic capture and physical layout with DRC/LVS in Cadence Virtuoso.
• Ensure signal and power integrity across high-speed interconnects.
• Collaborate with Photonics and Digital teams on electro-optic interfaces.
