Job summary

DiDi Autonomous Driving seeks a visionary Principal AI Transformation Engineer to drive company-wide AI transformation. You will combine LLM expertise, system architecture, and enterprise-scale AI scaling, embedding with core engineering teams to evolve R&D into an AI-Native powerhouse.

You will lead design of unified AI platform, AI DevOps, and Copilots, enabling production-ready AI workflows across Perception, Prediction, Planning & Control, and Simulation teams.

Qualifications

• Architectural leadership with hands-on coding in C++, Python, Java or similar.
• Ability to influence multiple engineering teams toward AI-first practices.
• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives at scale.
• Hands-on deployment, tuning, and optimization of mainstream AI infra tools.
• Proven track record in distributed LLM training/inference and large compute clusters.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead AI infrastructure architecture and integration of LLM ecosystems.
• Embed with core autonomous driving teams to translate AI capabilities into production systems.
• Design scalable pipelines for LLM deployment, monitoring, and feedback loops.
• Maintain AI roadmap to keep edge on breakthroughs in AGI and systems engineering.
