Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking an AI Strategist Principal to lead and scale enterprise AI adoption, governance, and value realization. This role partners with business, technology, operations, clinical, legal, privacy, security, and executive leaders to operationalize Prime's AI strategy and support the AI Steering Committee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field; HS diploma or equivalent GED required.
• 7 years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, technology, digital transformation or analytics including 2 years of work experience developing, implementing, governing or advancing enterprise AI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of AI Strategy to execute Prime's multi-year AI strategy and roadmap, translating priorities into actionable plans and investment priorities.
• Lead Prime's AI governance framework and operating model with cross-functional reviews, risk-tier evaluations, and responsible AI practices.
• Drive enterprise AI enablement and adoption through programs, playbooks, communities of practice, and change management with measurable adoption and business impact.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders; identify AI opportunities that align with enterprise objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Develop and manage AI value realization metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting in partnership with Finance and business leaders; quantify productivity gains and financial benefits.
• Evaluate emerging AI vendors, platforms, and partnerships to support informed enterprise decisions in healthcare, PBM, and AI capabilities.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and a culture of innovation and responsible AI adoption.
