Job summary

team.blue Global seeks a Principal AI Solutions Engineer to serve as the senior technical authority for AI systems end-to-end. You will lead model research, fine-tuning, and agentic orchestration across a large European digital-services ecosystem, delivering production AI that powers hosting, domains, email, and SaaS products.

You will set technical direction, ship production AI, and raise the bar for a fast-moving team. Strong leadership and a track record in production LLMs are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ML engineering, applied AI, or research engineering.
• Lead or staff-level experience.
• Proficient in Python and the core ML stack.
• Production experience with LLMs.
• Knowledge of guardrails, safety, and privacy in production.

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve multi-agent orchestration platform with tooling and observability.
• Design voice AI pipelines with sub-300 ms latency targets.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines with quality metrics.
• Define MCP server architecture and tool-use contracts.
• Model development, fine‑tuning, and evaluation for domain tasks.
• Own observability stack and reliability for production AI.
• Lead architectural reviews and mentor ML engineers.
• Collaborate with Product/Commercial teams on ML problem framing.
• Engage with external research and productionize signals.
