Job summary

FalconSmartIT is seeking a Principal AI Driven SDLC Coach to act as senior technical authority for end-to-end coaching and governance of AI-enabled SDLC in Minneapolis and beyond. You design guardrails, lead formal training, and embed automated checks across design, development and deployment.

You will reduce AI risks such as hallucinations and security vulnerabilities while enabling engineers to ship high-quality, compliant software.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end SDLC coaching for AI-enabled systems.
• Proven ability to design and enforce secure, production-grade AI workflows.
• Strong technical writing and end-to-end CI/CD design for production systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead formal training, 1:1 coaching, and team workshops across the AI SDLC.
• Perform security analysis and threat modeling for AI-enabled apps.
• Coach code auditing, reviews, and automated testing for AI-generated code.
• Embed AI tooling into CI/CD pipelines with gates and approvals.
