Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks an AI-Powered SDLC Architect to design and run a modern AI-enabled software factory for a major Siemens Teamcenter PLM modernization in Aerospace & Defense. You will architect the pipeline, define metrics, and govern responsible AI while coordinating onshore and offshore squads.

You will mentor technical leads and advise client leadership on SDLC strategy, leveraging cloud, IaC, and agent-ready tooling in a DevSecOps environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering or delivery architecture.

• Experience with onshore-offshore squads and PLM/Teamcenter customization.
• Advisory and pre-sales experience is a plus.
