Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent research experience in CS/ML/AI or related field.
• Significant production ML systems experience with large language or multimodal models.
• Strong Python and PyTorch expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and development of foundation models and agentic AI for enterprise automation.
• Design post-training, model alignment, RLHF, and data-generation approaches.
• Develop scalable evaluation frameworks for reasoning, tool use, and autonomous task execution.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to transition research into production systems.
• Mentor scientists and engineers and influence UiPath's AI strategy.
