Pearson is seeking a Product Manager to shape AI-powered learning experiences across its digital ecosystem. You will lead discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and optimization for AI-enabled features that help students learn more effectively.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, data science, content, QA, legal, privacy, and business stakeholders to turn opportunities into measurable product experiences while ensuring safe and responsible AI usage.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of product management for digital, software, SaaS, education, or platform products.
• Experience shipping products from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in product work (research, prototyping, analysis, requirements).
• Understanding of LLM-based products: prompts, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Strong product judgment balancing user value, business value, feasibility, usability, safety.
• Strong analytical skills using product data, experiments, and qualitative feedback.
• Clear written and verbal communication bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, data, content, QA, learning science, legal, privacy, and business teams.

Aufgaben

• Support the roadmap and success metrics for AI-powered learning experiences within Pearson’s digital ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities to improve student outcomes, engagement, and personalization through research, data analysis, and experimentation.
• Deliver end-to-end AI-enabled features from discovery to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Translate learner, business, and technical needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, learning science, content, QA, and AI platform teams to deliver effective AI-powered experiences.
• Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, research synthesis, prototyping, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Define and evaluate AI-powered learning experiences, including prompts, workflow behavior, and safety considerations.
• Monitor product performance using analytics and experimentation results for continuous improvement.
• Ensure AI features align with privacy, security, accessibility, academic integrity, and responsible AI standards.
