Pearson is seeking a Product Manager to shape AI-powered learning experiences. You will lead discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and optimization for AI-enabled features that help students learn more effectively.

This hands-on role collaborates with engineering, design, data science, content, QA, legal, privacy, and business stakeholders to turn opportunities into measurable product experiences. A strong candidate will use AI in their workflow and understand safe, responsible AI

Competenze

3–5+ years of product management experience in digital/software/education/platforms.
Hands-on experience shipping AI-enabled features from discovery to post-launch.
Practical understanding of prompts, model behavior, retrieval-augmented generation and human-in-the-loop workflows.

Support the roadmap and success metrics for AI-powered learning experiences.
Identify opportunities where AI improves outcomes, engagement, and personalization.
Deliver end-to-end AI-enabled features from discovery to launch and optimization.
Translate requirements into clear product stories and prioritized work.
Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, content, QA, and privacy teams.
Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping and stakeholder communication.
Monitor performance using analytics and experimentation to drive improvements.
