Pearson is seeking a Product Manager to shape AI-powered learning experiences. You will lead discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and optimization for AI-enabled features that personalize student study and outcomes.

You will work with engineering, data science, learning science, content, QA, privacy, and business stakeholders to turn ambiguity into measurable products. Experience with AI tools in product workflows is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping products from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Hands-on use of generative AI tools in product work (research, prototyping, analysis).
• Understanding prompts, model behavior, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation.
• Strong judgment balancing user value, business value, feasibility, usability, safety.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Support roadmap and success metrics for AI-powered learning experiences.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve outcomes, engagement, and personalization.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled features from discovery to launch.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized work.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, content, QA, and legal teams.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and stakeholder communication.
• Define AI workflows, prompts, and risk controls for trusted experiences.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure features meet privacy, security, accessibility, and responsible AI standards.
