Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Delivery Consultant to lead large-scale Healthcare & Life Sciences transformation programs.

You will own the technical vision across AI/ML, data platform modernization, and enterprise architecture as an individual contributor, guiding senior executives and cross-team delivery. You will co-locate roughly 50% on-site with AWS, partner teams, and customers in the U.S., shaping architecture and governance while advancing agentic AI and secure

Qualifications

Experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership regarding technical / architectural trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation.
Experience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions for complex environments.
8+ years of enterprise technology architecture delivery, with influence on architecture across large transformation programs.
Depth in AI/ML, enterprise architecture modernization, or data architecture demonstrated through leadership of enterprise-wide programs.

Responsibilities

Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture for large-scale HCLS transformation programs.
Counsel executives on total cost of ownership, time-to-value, and build vs. buy decisions.
Drive cross-team alignment and architectural governance across customer, partner, and AWS teams.
Grow expertise across AI/ML, data engineering, and industry depth in HCLS to guide prescriptive guidance.
Lead AI-native delivery transformations and multi-agent systems at scale to boost productivity.
