KellyMitchell Group seeks a Principal Software Engineer to design, code, test, and document software following client standards. You will analyze requirements, develop tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software.

The role emphasizes AI/LLM development, context management, and scalable architectures, with potential mentorship of junior colleagues and guidance as a technical SME.

Formación

• Must have hands-on experience deploying AI-based solutions in production.
• Experience with modern AI/LLM development and context engineering.
• Familiarity with secure development practices and enterprise security.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and document software per client standards and policies.
• Lead small- to mid-size network/data projects from design to implementation.
• Draft and execute test plans and automated test scripts; log defects.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support and on-call escalation participation.
• Mentor junior team members and act as a technical SME.
