Job summary

Interview Kickstart is seeking a hands-on AI Software Engineer to design and build AI-native systems powered by LLMs, agents, and intelligent workflows. You will prototype and deploy AI tools that automate internal processes and enable learning and productivity across teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of software development experience building production-grade AI systems.
• Experience with agentic AI projects or recent work in that area.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on with LLM-powered apps, AI assistants, or agent-based systems.
• Familiar with LLM orchestration frameworks and RAG architectures.
• Experience integrating LLMs with external tools and data sources.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and tool calling.
• Experience shipping AI systems from prototype to production.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents and autonomous workflows powered by LLMs.
• Develop systems combining LLMs, APIs, and external tools to automate workflows.
• Build RAG pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Experiment with AI orchestration frameworks.
• Create AI-powered tools to improve learning workflows and productivity.
• Prototype and launch AI-first product ideas with founders.
• Evaluate AI systems for reliability and latency.
• Optimize workflows for latency, cost, and scalability.
• Stay current with evolving LLMs and AI tooling.
