Cognizant is seeking a Frontier Principal to shape AI-augmented delivery and AI-era operating models for major enterprise clients. Lead strategic direction, co-design transformation blueprints with the C-suite, and govern frontier-model safety and adversarial risk at scale.

The role requires enterprise AI leadership with a proven track record in P&L ownership, cross-ISL collaboration, and external authority. Strong governance, stakeholder management, and visionary thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise AI initiatives at senior levels.
• Ability to define strategic direction for AI-augmented delivery and operating models.
• Experience shaping governance, safety policy, and incident response for AI systems.
