Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Sr. Data and AI Engineer to work remotely in the United States. The role focuses on delivering data-driven AI solutions that merge technical, business, and customer needs into actionable objectives.

The engineer will lead cross-functional teams and mentor data engineers while driving architectural improvements across Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and Palantir. Salary range is $160,000 - $185,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and US citizenship.
• 10+ years IT experience including design, analysis, and implementation of large-scale data architectures.
• 5+ years data experience in evaluating, architecting, and building AI and Generative AI tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive architectural roadmaps.
• Experience mentoring data engineers and establishing best practices.
• Experience in Agile environments and data-driven delivery.
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud native data and AI technologies.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Palantir and other large data platforms.

Responsibilities
