Taxwell seeks a Principal AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered systems across Taxwell. You will shape architecture, establish standards, and enable teams to build AI-enabled solutions that impact customers and business outcomes.

You will oversee AI platforms, internal tools, and new AI-native products, ensuring reliability, explainability, and regulatory compliance in a fintech/tax domain.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years at Principal or Staff level.
• Proven experience designing and deploying production AI systems used by real users.
• Strong hands-on experience with LLM-enabled systems, including prompt engineering, RAG, and agent orchestration.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI-powered tools to improve productivity across teams.
• Develop internal AI platforms, shared services, and reusable components.
• Build and maintain retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems grounded in internal data.
• Partner with DevOps, platform, and security teams to ensure scalable, secure AI systems.
• Embed AI capabilities into existing products to improve accuracy and usability.
• Architect and build AI-native products where AI is a core differentiator.
