Job summary

IFS is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to lead the design and delivery of AI-powered mobility solutions for Aerospace & Defense customers. You will work closely with customers, define architecture, and own end-to-end delivery from design to deployment, including AI integration and MLOps.

You will drive technical strategy across product groups, mentoring engineers and raising the bar for reliability in cloud, edge, and mobile environments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience leveraging AI to build and ship production-ready AI capabilities.
• Proven track record in mobile engineering, especially native iOS development.
• Experience driving strategy and delivery across multiple teams or product groups.
• Strong experience deploying in customer environments with ERP/CRM/IoT integrations.
• Broad engineering knowledge across design, development, testing, cloud, DevOps, and security.
• Excellent communication and leadership to grow teams and set technical direction.
