Job summary

IFS North America, Inc. is seeking a Principal AI Mobile Engineer to lead AI-powered mobility solutions for aerospace maintenance. You will own end-to-end delivery, design scalable architectures, and deploy capabilities directly with customers in complex environments.

You will mentor teams, drive strategy across product groups, and ensure production reliability with modern cloud/edge/mobile tech. This role blends leadership with hands-on engineering in a demanding field.

Qualifications

Hands-on AI product development using AI-assisted tooling and for production AI capabilities.
Mobile development experience, including production apps and architecture direction.
Proven technical authority driving strategy and delivery across teams.
Experience deploying enterprise software in customer environments with ERP/CRM/IoT.
End-to-end delivery lifecycle expertise across design, development, testing, and security.
Strong leadership, ownership mindset, and ability to mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

Shape and deliver the next-generation mobility solution for aviation maintenance.
Integrate AI-powered capabilities and ensure reliable production performance.
Push AI-assisted development and agentic tooling as core engineering capability.
Embed with customers to deploy and harden solutions in real environments.
