GliaCell Technologies is seeking a Principal Software Engineer (AI - Assisted Developer Tooling) to lead AI-driven development tooling on a U.S. Government contract. You will design AI-assisted IDE features, integrate agent-based automation, and advance autonomous workflows.

You will collaborate with a mission-focused team, ensuring high-quality tooling in a fast-paced environment, including opportunities for professional growth and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Active or rein-stateable TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 12 years of professional experience with a Bachelors, or 16 years without a BS.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-assisted IDE and developer tooling capabilities.
• Integrate agent-based systems to automate developer tasks like code reviews and test generation.
• Experiment with autonomous agents to improve workflows.
• Integrate new tools into existing platforms and pipelines.
• Collaborate with customers and teammates to iterate on solutions.
