Western Alliance Bank seeks a Principal Engineer I to provide SME expertise for Copilot Studio and Power Platform within Enterprise Application Services, ensuring safe, secure, compliant, and reliable solutions. You will define guardrails, support needs, and lead complex design responsibilities across projects.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Architecture, Security, Risk and Legal teams, and continuously improve platform controls and adoption through governance artifacts and training.

• 8+ years of related experience.

• Provide SME expertise for Copilot Studio and Power Platform to ensure safe, secure, compliant and reliable solutions.
• Define and enforce governance standards, development frameworks, and operational procedures for Copilot Studio.
