Job summary

Circana is building agentic systems for consumer data products. The Architect leads a pod of engineers, translating domain expertise into effective intent ontologies and tool contracts, guiding production use from discovery to deployment.

You will own engineering patterns, evaluation infrastructure, and cross-functional collaboration with product owners, security, and executives to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of designing and shipping agentic systems into production for real users.
• Fluency with agent orchestration frameworks and cloud AI stacks.
• Experience delivering end-to-end AI solutions with benchmarking and CI processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of agentic systems for a solution family from discovery to production.
• Translate domain knowledge into intents, tool contracts, and evaluation sets with SMEs.
• Own harness engineering, context management, retries, tracing, and guardrails.
• Establish evaluation infrastructure: golden traces, regression suites, routing tests.
