Job summary

Fluent seeks a Principal Solution Architect for AI & Emerging Tech to define the company AI strategy and articulate true product differentiators. You will deliver live demos, lead strategic discussions with customers and partners, and shape the external narrative with executives.

You will drive ecosystem enablement, build technical champions, and represent Fluent at events, while ensuring the platform's extensibility aligns with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused architect with emphasis on AI strategy and market differentiation.
• Credible presenter who communicates grounded, non-hyped AI narratives.
• Ability to shape technical storytelling for executive audiences.
• Strong commercial sense with value positioning and deal framing.

Responsibilities

• Define Fluent's AI strategy to the market and articulate differentiators.
• Deliver credible live demos of Fluent's platform and AI capabilities.
• Lead strategic conversations with prospects and partner with Sales.
• Own senior relationships and roadmap conversations with customers and partners.
• Identify and develop technical champions inside prospects and customers.
• Maintain strategy guide, handbook, and reusable demos and proof-points.
• Shape Fluent's AI narrative with the Executive Leadership Team.
• Help SI and ISV partners evolve their services for an agentic world.
• Represent Fluent at conferences, webinars, and in analyst/press conversations.
• Build and nurture the community of builders and partners.
