Accellor is an AI-native services firm delivering measurable outcomes through AI, data, and engineering capabilities. As Principal FDE, you will be the senior technical voice with enterprise clients, translating AI ambitions into scalable production architectures and leading a team delivering production systems with frontier models.

You will work closely with Product, Research, Sales, and GTM to shape roadmaps, drive safe deployments at scale, and ensure high-value outcomes across engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering or technical delivery experience.
• 2+ years managing high-performing FDE or customer-facing engineers.
• 7+ years as a Solutions Architect, Principal SE, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Technical Lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops with customer architects and AI teams.
• Own scoping for AI deployments with clear acceptance criteria for accuracy, data coverage, governance.
• Translate complex AI concepts into executive-ready architecture proposals and defend trade-offs.
