Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering architecture for large organizations with complex requirements.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams including product, platform, and engineering.
• Strong discipline in Agile methodology and architectural governance.
• Demonstrated ability to design cloud-native, microservices-based solutions on GCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategies across value streams and ARTs to enable scalable platforms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, drive POC initiatives, and publish architectural guidelines.
• Mentor architects and engineers; promote best practices and technical excellence.
• Ensure security, privacy, and compliance are embedded in every solution.
• Collaborate with Product, Platform, and DevOps to align business goals with technical delivery.
