Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT with 10+ years in Cloud architecture (Azure preferred).
• 3+ years hands-on AI/ML, incl. 2+ years with LLM-based or agentic AI in production.
• Proven ability to lead and grow engineering teams.
• Hands-on with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of multi-agent patterns, RAG, and MCP.
• Experience applying AI/automation to Cloud operations (AIOps, FinOps, IaC).
• Strong client-facing engagement and ability to deliver enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI strategy and roadmap for the Cloud unit.
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of AI and Cloud engineers for production agents.
• Architect multi-agent systems for AIOps, including MTTR/MTTD improvements.
• Lead design of agents for IaC (Terraform, Bicep) with CI/CD integration.
• Develop FinOps agents to detect cost anomalies and rightsizing opportunities.
• Design security and compliance agents for posture assessment and audit trails.
• Establish AI governance with approvals, access controls, and guardrails.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define end-to-end Cloud and AI solutions.
